At today Ausee Triathlon in Blindenmarkt I could defend my title as state champion in the sprint distance triathlon. After
a solid race I finishte in a total time of 59:58 as the second overall, ASKÖ federal and state champion.
The victory went to Niko Wihlidal, especially by a very strong bike and good mileage. Congratulations on this way.
I am very satisfied with my performance, I started yesterday but also the Pöttsching Triathlon in the relay as a cyclist. There could we (Alex Lackinger - swimmers, cyclists, and as I Metzner Thomas as a runner) win a clear victory. Accurate results on

Both events were carried out perfectly and I'm looking forward again to 2011!

3rd place in the mountain time trial Pöttsching


past Sunday, I started to mind when Pöttsching mountain time trial. 1700m were overcome. The route is not the steepest, not the longest but certainly one of the toughest distances. With a time of 3'29''I reached the third Place overall and 2nd in the Elite1 Place.
