Today I started at 25.Kirchbichler Triathlon in Wörgl / Tyrol. At 15:00 was the start of the 1400m swim. It was 4.5 round with a total of 4 Country exits to overcome. After a very busy swimming competition, especially the stairs Landau called me fairly as I got 4th overall The first climb on the bike I was able to place as an overall third After the 38km on the bike I changed as a third in running shoes. Unfortunately I had to start the running strong breathing problems and could therefore be very slow, the first complete four laps. Still on the first round were added too severe stomach / intestinal problems and as far as I unfortunately on the 5th Overall rank back. By a slightly better second and 3 I could run round again 4 to the Space pioneers. During the whole course, it was burning hot, and so had I struggled with great thirst. On the last run lap overtook me then Werner Leitner - the first was run out a lead - but I managed to reduce the gap with a good finish again. Finally, I was swimming with a mediocre performance, good wheel power, poor mileage - excellent 5. In the class even Elite1 of 2.
